We will discuss the mechanisms of action, and how to support the different systems of our bodies that the virus attack. We will also reveal how by supporting these systems, one can improve their overall immunity and hence protect themselves from the virus.

Session Two

Gastro-Intestinal System Part One: Gut and Immunity 

We will discuss the effect of stress on digestion and absorption, as well as the resulting impact they have on inflammation and immunity. We will then tie it to microbiome and circulatory health. Further, we will explore potential solutions for the issues, and look into appropriate assessment techniques to advise which strategies would work best.

Session Three

Gastro Intestinal System Part Two: Health of the Liver and Immunity

Having explored digestion in our last webinar, we tie it to elimination and detoxification, as well as liver health. We will look at how the GI tract and liver health are related to inflammation, immunity, circulation and cholesterol metabolism. Lastly, we will go into some simple solutions on improving immunity, relating to the congestion of the liver and cholesterol metabolism.

Session Four

Sex Hormone and Inflammation: Its Effect on the Immunity 

We will examine cholesterol metabolism, considering what it is and does as well as the role of sex hormones roles within overall health, and finally we will look at the impact of cholesterol and steroid hormones on the immune function.

Immunity and Genetics

This webinar will be held in partnership with our genetic testing partner, Muhdo and will focus on the connection between immunity and genetics in the face of Covid-19.We will start by exploring the four groups that appear most at risk of having a severe reaction to Covid-19 and then go on to offer actionable nutrition and lifestyle changes you can make to improve your immunity overnight, explaining how a personalised preventive approach to wellness can help you with this.
